PUNE: Shane Watson blasted an unbeaten 51-ball 90 to guide Rajasthan Royals to an easy victory by seven wickets against Pune Warriors in the Indian Premier League season-V here at the Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium on Tuesday.

Chasing an easy target of 126, Rajastahan Royals completed the seven-wicket win in 16.2 overs.

Australian opener Watson, who batted dominantly in the innings, hammered four sixes and ten fours.

Earlier, Pune Warriors captain Sorauv Ganguly won the toss and elected to bat but his team was restricted to 125 for six in the allotted 20 overs.

Only Anustup Majumdar provided some resistance against Rajasthan bowlers as he made 30 off 20 balls with two sixes and a four.

Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait bowled fiercely to bag three wickets for 13 runs.
