Two killed in Karachi violence

KARACHI: Violent incidents in different parts of the city claimed two lives while fiver persons were wounded on Wednesday, Geo News reported.

According to police, unknown gunmen shot dead Husnain Malik in Orange Town who was affiliated with a political party. After the incident, tension gripped the entire area, forcing the business activities to close down.

A woman also succumbed to her injuries at Civil Hospital on Wednesday morning. She had sustained severe wounds in a firing incident at a wedding ceremony at MA Jinnah Road.

Two men were also inured in Gulshan-e-Maymar over a domestic dispute while four others including two women were also wounded in Lyari, Sea View, Karimabad and Landhi in different firing incidents.
