ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said Tuesday that he gives no importance to threats made by PML-N president Nawaz Sharif.

Speaking to the media, Prime Minister Gilani was critical of Nawaz Sharif saying that he had been the prime minister twice but did nothing.

The premier further said that PTI chief Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif were not members of parliament which is why they had no concern for it.

“Few people cannot hold parliament hostage; parliament should complete its five year tenure.”

In reply to a question Gilani said it was not the prime minister but the parliament which was important.

On the issue of the NATO supply resumption, Prime Minister Gilani said that this would be made with national interest in mind adding that “some people were trying to create confusion over the issue.”
