Ongoing Karachi violence claims three lives

KARACHI: Three persons were shot dead while four others were wounded in different violent incidents in the city on Friday, Geo News reported.

According to police, 30-year-old Razzaque was killed by unknown gunmen in Garden area near Jilani Masjid. Four persons were also injured in firing at Jahangir Road who were rushed to hospital but one succumbed to his injuries. He was later identified as Asif Baloch.

After the incident, residents protested the killing and blocked the road by burning tyres.

Unknown gunmen killed a policeman named Abdul Qayyum in Pathan Colony of Banaras area while another man was injured.
