ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani in their separate messages of condolence on Sunday expressed heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of Fauzia Wahab, MNA of Pakistan Peoples Party.
The President paid great tributes to her services for the party saying that she was a steadfast loyalist of the party who braved difficult situations. Her services to the party would be long remembered.
"She died while fighting to strengthen democracy and democratic institutions," the President said.
Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani prayed Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
He lauded the services of Fauzia Wahab for the country and party. (APP)
