KABUL: A suicide bomber on a motorbike attacked a joint Afghan-NATO patrol in the eastern Afghan town of Khost on Wednesday, killing at least four civilians, Kabul's interior ministry said.
Six other Afghan civilians were injured in the blast, the latest in a string of bomb attacks linked to a spring offensive led by Taliban insurgents.
