LAHORE: The messiahs allegedly turned into murderers when a critically ill baby, who direly needed intensive medical care, succumbed to the doctors’ strike in Lahore, Geo News reported.

According to sources, the family of the infant, 1-1/2, accused the protesting doctors of letting the baby die, who they believed could have survived had the medical experts been on duty.

Also, on the complaint of the father of deceased baby an FIR was lodged against eight doctors on the charges of murder.

Dr Tajjamul, Dr Adil, Dr Matloob, Dr Usman, Dr Hannan, Dr Assad, and two other unidentified doctors are among the accused.
