Lower Dir: Suicide bombing foiled at Jandool

DIR: A terrorism attempt was foiled at Jandool in Lower Dir area here, Geo News reported.

According to the DPO a suicide bomber was gunned down outside the police station Mayar. He said that explosives were wrapped around his body and he was fired upon in order to stop him which led to the bomb he was carrying exploding.

Sources said that two policemen were also injured due to the blast.
