PESHAWAR: Police has claimed foiling a major plot of terror by killing an alleged terrorist here in Bara Sheikhan, Geo News reported Thursday.
CCPO Peshawar Imtiaz Altaf talking to Geo News said that two 'terrorists' were carrying explosives on a pushcart who upon seeing the police opened fire on them which the police returned, killing one of them while the other managed to escape.
Imtaiz Altaf claimed foiling a possible terror attack by seizing 105 kilograms of explosives from the pushcart which, he added, had been defused.
