Court orders to issue notice to Rimsha

ISLAMABAD: Civil judge has directed police to submit challan in the court within three days and also ordered to issue notice to Rimsha Masih due to her absence in the hearing.

A court of civil judge heard the case of Rimsha Masih here on Friday.

During the hearing, the investigation officer sought more time to submit challan saying that the case is of sensitive nature and more facts are being unveiled.

The judge in his remarks said that it is necessary to present the challan within 14 days, adding that 14 more days were also given to the police in this regard. The interim challan must have been submitted in the court, he added.
