PESHAWAR: At least eight people have been killed while several others including women and children have been injured in a blast in the Badaber area on the outskirts of Peshawar.
The bomb which was placed in a car parked near Scheme Chowk located on Kohat road targeted a van of the Pakistan Air Force which was destroyed.
Ten shops located in the area along with a passenger bus were also damaged in the explosion.
Police and the bomb disposal squad have arrived at the site of the blast.
