PM didn’t meet me despite request: KP CM
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak on Monday said that the prime minister had not given him time for a meeting despite his request which he made three months ago.

He said that no protocol should be given to him and other politicians and government officials.

Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly passed a resolution unanimously asking the federal government to direct Interior Minister for giving them a briefing about measures and progress on policy aimed at eradication of terrorism in the country.

The resolution was jointly moved by MPAs both from treasury and opposition benches.

Chief Minister Pervez Khattak agreed with the MPAs that a resolution should be passed from the house for presentation of a briefing by federal Interior Minister. The issue was raised in the house by MPA Nighat Orakzai.
