IHC reinstates Tahir Mehmood as AGP

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reinstated Accountant General of Pakistan (AGP) Tahir Mehmood on his post, Geo News reported.

Tahir Mehmood was sent on forced leave for three months.

He had filed an appeal in the IHC against the decision of government.

Justice Noor-ul-Haq of IHC was hearing the petition. He also sought reply from Secretary Finance, Secretary Establishment and Auditor General within 15 days.
