JUI-F to protest over statements against CII

KARACHI: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam has announced to observe a day of protest against Sindh Assembly’s resolution against Council of Islamic Ideology on Friday.

Addressing a rally on Thursday, Maulana Attaur Rehman said PPP would lose its registration if it took any action against religious seminaries.

JUI-F leader Khalid Soomro demanded registration of a case against Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah for the deaths of children caused by drought like situation in Thar district.
