Zarb-e-Azb to go on till final objectives are met: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, while expressing pleasure over the success of the armed forces of Pakistan in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan Agency (NWA) against terrorists, has said that the military operation Zarb-e-Azb will continue till the final objectives are achieved.

In a statement issued by the PM House on Sunday evening, the prime minister said the achievement of the valiant armed forces amply demonstrates the resolve and commitment of our troops and officers.

“We have initiated Zarb-e-Azb to assure freedom from the terror and to get the motherland liberated from the terrorists,” the prime minister said. He assured the nation that the forces will find the terrorists from their hideouts and take them to task. The achievements against the terror and terrorists will pave the way for the country’s prosperity and it would guarantee a brighter future for Pakistan, the prime minister said.
