Shahbaz visits IDPs camp in Bannu
BANNU: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited the Bakakhel camp on Wednesday and met with internally displaced persons (IDPs). During his visit he announced development projects for the people of North Waziristan.

Addressing the IDPs at Bakakhel camp, Shahbaz said the IDPs had given great sacrifices for Pakistan and these would not go in vain. He announced that a hospital, a university, Danish schools and 2000 homes will be built for the people of North Waziristan after the completion of operation Zarb-e-Azb.

The chief minister lauded the role of the armed forces and said they have rendered countless sacrifices fighting the war against terrorism. He termed the military operation Zarb-e-Azb as a war for the existence of Pakistan and expressed the resolve that it will be won at every cost.

Shahbaz added that the entire nation stands by its armed forces.
