ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on the fourth day of his Azadi March here gave the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif an ultimatum of two days to step down and announced to launch a civil disobedience campaign against the incumbent government.

“The sit-in will continue for two more days. Mian Sahab, please, tender resignation because after two days your time is up,” Imran Khan warned while addressing the participants of his party’s sit-in on Sunday.

1505: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq Sunday said his party will not allow derailment of democracy in any circumstances while opposition leader Khursheed Shah said such a resolution of the crisis be worked out which is acceptable to both the government and Imran Khan.

1500: The security around the stage of PTI at Kashmir Chowk has been further strengthened by deploying a large contingent of police commandos, Geo News reported.
