Geo blocked in parts of Lahore

LAHORE: Geo News is once again off air in some parts of the provincial capital in Punjab. The channel is already facing illegal blockage of its transmission in many parts of the country.

Geo Television Network has followed all the legal obligations to restore its transmission on cable networks, including the ban and fine imposed by the Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA).

Even after fulfilling all required legal obligations Geo transmission remains off air in 70% of the country for over 4 months.
