Chinese President Xi Jinping arrives in India
AHMADABAD: Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived here on Wednesday on a three-day official visit to India aimed at improving trade and resolving border issues between the two countries.

Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders. It is expected that the two countries will sign MOUs worth $100 billion.

The Chinese president had to postpone his trip to Pakistan due to the ongoing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek sit-ins which are taking place in Islamabad. Pakistan lost an expected $34 billion in investment due to the Chinese president’s visit being postponed.
