Senator Ghani condemns attacks on Geo in parliament

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator Saeed Ghani condemned the attacks by PTI supporters on Geo’s Islamabad office, adding that if the attack on PTV was a crime then so is the attack on Geo.

Addressing the Parliament, Senator Ghani said that Pakistan is being ridiculed because of the sit-in by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT). Ghani added, that the attacks are not on PMLN but on State entities.

The senator said he has never seen such antics anywhere in the world, adding that in future no one should try to defame the armed forces adding that investigations should be conducted against those involved in such activities.
