Farooq Sattar calls for formation of judicial commission on new provinces
ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Farooq Sattar has said that more federating units were the need of the hour as a country of 200 million people could not be run trough four administrative units.

Speaking at the joint sitting of the parliament on Friday, he called for formation of a judicial commission to carve out new province.

He said that one reason of ‘prevailing circumstance’ was concentration of power which has caused sense of deprivation in urban Sindh.

Sattar condemned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for opposing idea of new province in Sindh. Farooq Sattar staged walk out along with other MQM workers following his speech in the parliament.
