Three cops among four killed in Hangu

HANGU: Four persons including three policemen were killed when unknown gunmen opened fire in Hangu on Monday, Geo News reported.

According to police, the firing incident occurred in Qazi Pump area of Hangu today morning when unidentified gunmen riding in a van opened fire on the police patrolling team that killed three policemen and a passer-by.

Security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation however no arrest was made until the last report.

The bodies were shifted to DHQ Hospital, Hangu.
