PPP Sindh MPA appeals to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for help
KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MPA Parveen Aziz Junejo has resigned from her seat according to the provincial assembly’s official website; however speaking to Geo News, Mrs. Junejo denied having resigned from the assembly and made some startling revelations.

According to Parveen Junejo she was forced to sign on a blank paper in the presence of her husband and others at the party headquarters. She added, that a resignation is written and presented to the speaker which she had not done.

Parveen Aziz Junejo’s husband was a government official and it is rumoured that due to eligibility laws pertaining to government servants –which state that a two year period must lapse before a government servant can hold public office– Mrs Junejo was elected from Dadu (PS76) in the last general elections.

During her conversation with Geo News, Mrs. Junejo added, that she is ready to resign but her resignation must be sought in a respectable manner.

She appealed to party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for help.
