Two cops injured in grenade attack in Karachi

KARACHI: Two policemen were injured in a grenade attack near Essa Nagri on Wednesday night.

According to sources, a grenade was lobbed on the police mobile parked near Essa Nagri at about 8:45PM. As a result of the explosion two policemen from the ‘Muhafiz Force’ were injured.

Second Attack

Another attack has been reported on the Tipu Sultan police station. Sources say the attackers lobbed a hand grenade and then escaped under cover of fire.
