PPP still biggest party of Pakistan: Sharjeel

KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Information, Sharjeel Inaam Memon on Sunday claimed the size of the crowd that attended the October 18 public meeting have proved that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is still the biggest political party of Pakistan.

In a statement issued here, Sharjeel Memon said ‘hundreds of thousands of people’ including PPP jialas, labourers, farmers, students and women bewildered the critics by turning up at the historic procession in Karachi on Saturday.

He termed the Chairman of PPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as the hope for a better future of Pakistan.

The provincial Information Minister said the people, led by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, are ready to steer the country out of the crisis.
