COAS meets Commander in Chief Indonesian Defence Forces

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif met with Commander in Chief Indonesian Defence Forces, General Moeldoko on Thursday. The COAS is currently on an official visit to Indonesia.

According to an ISPR press release, during the meeting discussions were focused on regional security issues, bilateral military relations and measures to expand defence cooperation.

The two dignitaries also discussed ways to mutually benefit from each other’s expertise in the field of counter terrorism.
