TTP SW denies links with attack on Fazl ur Rehman
WANA: The outalwed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) South Waziristan chapter on Saturday condemned the suicide attack on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Moulana Fazl ur Rehman, saying they had nothing to do with this.

Speaking to Geo News, TTP South Waziristan spokesman Azam Tariq said they were proud that United States (US) had declared Khan Said alias ‘Sajna’ as ‘global terrorist’.

Condemning the suicidal attack on Moulana Fazl ur Rehman in Quetta, Azam Tariq said Taliban had no links with the suicide attack. He added that his group does not support targeting innocent people, mosques and religious clerics.

‘TTP South Waziristan is a separate group and it does not have any links whatsoever to Fazlullah-led TTP’, said he.

He further said Taliban of Mehsud tribe consider Mullah Omar ‘Ameer ul Momineen’ and Khan Said as their ‘Amir’.
