ABU DHABI: Pakistan, who won the toss and batted, were 82-1 at lunch on the opening day of the second and final Test against Australia in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

Opener Ahmed Shehzad fell leg before to spinner Nathan Lyon for 35 as Pakistan batted solidly on a flat Sheikh Zayed Stadium pitch.

At the break Mohammad Hafeez (36) and Azhar Ali (11) were at the crease.
Pakistan, who lead the series 1-0, kept the same side which won the first Test by 221 runs in Dubai.

Australia made two changes, bringing in Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Starc for Alex Doolan and Steve O´Keefe.
