Indian forces open unprovoked firing near Sialkot
LAHORE: The Indian Border Security Force opened unprovoked firing on the Sialkot Working Boundary near Charwa Sector.

According to the sources, the Indian forces fired mortar shells at the Punjab Rangers check post at Sialkot Working Boundary in Charwa sector. The Punjab Rangers retaliated the attack and firing continued until the last report was filed.

The intermittent firing continued from the BSF as well. However, fortunately no loss of life or property was reported.

During the past months, several local residents and cattle have lost lives in the unprovoked attacks by the BSF.
