PML-N candidates got 5.5m additional ballot papers: Imran
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan on Friday claimed that 5.5 million additional ballot papers were printed for the PML-N candidates.

Speaking at a press conference, he said that 80 percent of electoral petitions were rejected on the basis of minor mistakes. Khan said that he would not mention some names for fear of contempt of court.

He said that he would respond to Pervez Rashid’s tax evasion charges from his container. Khan said that Nawaz in his election day speech had expressed his desire to get simple majority which the Returning Officers (ROs) fulfilled.

The PTI chairman said that he didn’t have trust in any accountability in the presence of Nawaz Sharif.

He said that ratio of vote turnout dropped after rigging in 1977 general election. Imran Khan said that the Pakistan People Party did in Sindh what exactly PMLN did in Punjab.

The PTI chief said that he would make an announcement for a new campaign on November 30.
