Coast Guards need to play role against terrorism: Nasir Khan Janjua
KARACHI: A jihad has to be launched against narcotics and terrorism which are destroying the roots of our country says Commander Southern Command Lieutenant General Nasir Khan Janjua.

Lieutenant General was the chief guest at the passing out parade of the 35th batch of the Pakistan Coast Guard.

Addressing the cadets at the occasion, Nasir Khan Janjua emphasised that like narcotics, terrorism was making the country weak from the inside and the coast guards need to be prepared to fight against both.

He lauded the efforts of the coast guard to curb narcotics and human smuggling, illegal movements of arms and continuous surveillance of the seas despite limited resources.

Lieutenant General Nasir Khan Janjua congratulated the cadets on the brilliant parade and high quality performance.
