Draft law for establishment of special courts prepared

?ISLAMABAD: A draft law has been prepared for the establishment of special court in the country, Geo News reported.

Sources said the draft has been prepared by Attorney General Salman Butt and Barrister Zaffarullah Khan, while Hamid Khan, Aitzaz Ahsan, Farogh Naseem and ANP counsel would review it.

They added that in the draft, definition of terrorism and terrorists would be clearly defined and such parameters would be fixed that do not affect the independence of judiciary.
