Govt, PTI hold one more round of talks
ISLAMABAD: Government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) held another round of negotiations and decided to consult their leaderships on three key points.

Talking to media persons following the meeting, Jehangir Tarin said the government’s intention should not be doubted and that it deserves a chance.

Federal Minister, Ahsan Iqbal who represented the government’s side said the next round of talks will be undertaken on Tuesday and hoped that a final agreement will be reached in the next sitting.

The today’s meeting was held at the residence of Jehangir Tarin. Following the meeting, the head of government appointed panel Ishaq Dar said in a statement said both sides have decided to consult their respective leadership on three important points.

PTI spokesman, Shireen Mazari, however, said some progress was made on a few points but no agreement or a major breakthrough was achieved on the basic issues.
