Nawaz extends wishes to Indian counterpart on Republic Day
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has extended his wishes to his Indian counterpart on 66th Republic Day of India on Monday.

In his message, PM Sharif wished for the development and prosperity of the masses in the neighbouring country.

The prime minister said Pakistan wants friendly and cordial ties with India, adding that the country is committed to building its relations with the South Asian rivals to safeguard mutual interest and sovereignty.

He said, “Cherished goal of peaceful and prosperous South Asia could be achieved by joint efforts in the interest of people of the region”.
