Malala makes it to Britain’s most influential list
Pakistan’s teenage rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai has made it to a list of 500 most influential people in Britain.

The annual Debrett list covers 24 categories across society including sport, journalism, politics, advertising, architecture, food and education, the British media reported on Monday.

The list extends recognition of the most influential inspiring and achieving individuals across Britain.

Malala, 17, the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize is also the youngest in the Debrett’s rankings.

Rehabilitated in the United Kingdom after getting shot in the head by Pakistan Taliban militants, the student and activist has become a global icon in the fight for education.
