Tribunal submits Kharotabad incident report

Security personnel killed five foreigners including three women on May 17 in Kharotabad area of Quetta. The Balochistan government, on May 20, formed a commission to investigate the incident, headed by the BHC Justice Hashim Kakar.
The team initiated its formal investigation on May 31 by recording statements of 28 witnesses and gathering video and pictorial evidences of the killing of the foreigners by the police and FC personnel. The investigating team also visited the site where the incident took place.
As the committee was set to present its reports within a month after the incident occurred, therefore, the tribunal after completing its report has presented it to the Balochistan government today.
