JWP chief Talal Bugti passes away
QUETTA: Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) chief Talal Akbar Bugti passed away on Monday at the age of 63, family sources told Geo News.

According to members of the family, Talal Bugti had fallen ill last night after holding his last press conference, and was taken to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) after he reportedly suffered an asthma attack.

The fourth child of Nawaz Akbar Khan Bugti, Talal was born in Dera Bugti on 17 March 1952.

He received his education from Dera Bugti, Quetta, and then the Aitchison College in Lahore, after which he graduated from the University of Punjab.

Belonging to a political family, Talal took control of the party after his father's death and became known as an important leader from Balochistan.

He has three sons – Shah Zain Bugti, Gohram Bugti and Mir Chakar Bugti.
