Durrani warns of security threats to Sindh Assembly
KARACHI: There are security threats to the Sindh Assembly, speaker Agha Siraj Durani warned on Monday.

During proceedings, Durrani informed parliamentarians that roads leading to the Sindh Assembly were not safe.

“We have a serious threat to the assembly, I have spoken to the DG Rangers and IGP Sindh to provide us maximum fool-proof security.”

Durrani added that letters had been written to IGP Sindh and DG Rangers who had called him and assured that security would be provided.

Durrani further said that IGP Sindh had been informed of vulnerable points of the assembly and where additional security would be required.
