Trap sprung against corrupt officials in Sindh
KARACHI: The trap against corrupt officials in Sindh has been sprung, three more officials including the Deputy Managing Director of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) have been handed over to the Rangers.

The Rangers presented Deputy Managing Director Shoaib Warsi, Senior General Manager Kamran Nagi, and former Managing Director Zaheer Siddiqui before the ATC in Karachi. The three SSGC officials have been accused of corruption running into millions of rupees as well as their involvement in scams while issuing CNG licenses.

The Rangers lawyer pleaded the court that 90-days remand be granted to complete interrogation and investigation of the accusations against the three SSGC employees; which was approved by the court.

The accused were arrested earlier this week in by law enforcement agencies.
