NA panel adopts resolution against cross border Indian firing
ISLAMABAD: National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Defence on Thursday passed a resolution against unprovoked Indian firing across the Line of Control and the Working Boundary.

Presiding over the in-camera meeting, Rohail Asghar said the Ministry of Defence was holding talks with the United States over the Coalition Support Fund.

He said the Pakistan Army would remain deployed in the bordering area of tribal belt till 2019 as Operation Zarb-e-Azb would take time to complete.

Asghar said arrest of few politicians would not make any difference on politics in the country.
