Kharotabad incident: Two officials named in tribunal report dismissed

QUETTA: An SHO was among two officials suspended by the police as per recommendations made in the Kharotabad tribunal report, Geo News reported.

The dismissed officials include SHO airport Fazlur Rehman and ASI Raza Khan. An inquiry was conducted into the killing of five foreigners in Kharotabad on May 17.

The Balochistan tribunal inquiry report had held these two former police officials along with the former CCPO and an FC Colonel responsible for the killing and recommended that an inquiry be launched.
