38 heinous criminals shifted from Hyderabad to Karachi
KARACHI: Thirty eight prisoners allegedly involved in heinous crimes and terrorist activities have been shifted from Hyderabad to Karachi after three and a half month.

The shifted prisoners are affiliated with various banned groups which included Tehreek e Taliban, Lashkar e Jhangvi and Sipah Sahaba. They were shifted from Central Jail Karachi to Hyderabad in August.

Akram Lahori of banned Lashkar e Jhangvi is also one of the prisoners who were shifted in August from Karachi to Hyderabad due to a terror threat in the metropolis.

On the orders of IG Jail, the prisoners have been shifted back to Karachi. 13 more prisoners from Sukkur were also likely to be shift in Karachi.
