Taliban commander among 3 killed in Wana suicide attack

WANA: Regional Taliban commander along with his two companions were killed while three others injured in a suicide attack in Wana area of South Waziristan on Friday, Geo News reported.

According to details, the office of Taliban commander Maulvi Abbas Wazir located in Rustam Bazar area of Wana was attacked that caused killings of commander and two of his mates while three others sustained injuries.

Nearby shops were also damaged in the attack.

According to sources, Maulvi Abbass was involved in anti-government activities.
