NICL Scam: SC seeks bail records of Amin Fahim, Mohsin Warriach

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has sought bail records of former Commerce Minister Amin Fahim and Mohsin Warriach in the NICL scam case.

During proceedings, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry asked as to how a bail could be granted without presenting the suspects before the court. The legal director of the FIA informed the court that Amin Fahim and Mohsin Warriach had been granted bail by the Sindh High Court (SHC) and Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Chief Justice Chaudhry directed the DG FIA to take action against the individuals guilty of negligence in the case.
