Nawaz Sharif says Imran, Zardari are on the same side
LAYYAH: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president, Mian Nawaz Sharif, who is on a nationwide electioneering spree, Friday told a charged crowd the player (Imran Khan) and the juggler (President Asif Ali Zardari) were in fact on the same side, Geo News reported.

Addressing a large gathering here, he said the people of Pakistan would have to vote PML-N in to get their demands met.

“The organized corruption made morsel of our national wealth. The devastation our homeland was subjected to in the last five years is unprecedented. Our economy (gross domestic product) grew at the slowest rate in those years”, said he.

Had President Zardari spared just two hours for the nation every day, situation would have been far different from what it was right now, PML-N leader said.

He further added that military dictatorships had also dealt irreparable blows to the country.

He came down hard on Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader, Imran Khan and President Asif Ali Zardari by calling them comrades in cahoots, who, he said, had cut a secret deal against him (Nawaz Sharif).

"Have you not seen that both the player and the juggler never say a word against other? Their guns always trained at me. Why? Because they are one and the same thing", Nawaz Sharif said.
