[Ans] if your education and experience match the job profile, your CV will be forwarded to the concerned department for short listing.

[Q7] What happened to those lucky people who get short listed?
[Ans] All short listed candidates will be called in for an interview. Candidates will be given a minimum 24 hour notice before the date, time and place of interview via telephone.

[Q8] what happens if, I am not short listed for the position I applied for?
[Ans] AN ACTIVE DATABASE has been created for all candidates who do not clear the short listing phase. All resumes will be kept in the active database and will be included in the short listing process every time when a career opportunity arises matching your profile. The CV remains in the data base for at least 2 years. We recommended that you re-send your updated Cv’s to us as soon as a significant change has occurred that upgrades your profile.

[Ans] If you do not succeed, you will be notified through email as soon as such a decision is made. The timeline may vary depending on the position and other circumstances.
