Dubai: Geo News TV, the Dubai-based Pakistani news channel and one of the eight channels of International Media Corporation (IMC), resumed broadcasting from Dubai Media City (DMC) on Thursday midnight.

The step was taken following fruitful negotiations between DMC officials and representative of the news channel.

Dr Amina Al Rostamani, Executive Director of Media, Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority, expressed her appreciation of the partnership between the DMC and IMC.

"We are delighted to see Geo News resume its transmission from DMC, which is keen to support its partners' work within the framework of total respect of the UAE's domestic and foreign policies," Dr Amina said.
