Criminals to be pursued in all parts of country: DG Rangers

LARKANA: Director General (DG) Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar on Saturday said that the criminals would be pursued and taken into custody in all parts of the country.

Talking to newsmen in Larkana, he said, “We have total backing of federal as well as provincial government.”

Earlier, two cracker bomb explosions near a paramilitary check post killed one Rangers officer and injured 14 others including five Rangers personnel.

According to details, the bomb was placed near a Rangers vehicle.

DG Rangers Sindh Major General Bilal Akbar visited the blast site. He also visited the under treatment personnel at the Chandka Hospital.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
