310 children missing in Punjab

LAHORE: At least 310 children have been missing in Punjab, provincial government officials revealed on Friday.

During proceedings of a case pertaining to schools shutting down due to kidnapping fears, the provincial administration said security arrangements at schools were strict.

Security Schools and VC King Edward College Dr. Faisal appeared before the court.  Dr. Faisal assured that no incident of child organs being sold had surfaced.

The court directed that security personnel should be deployed on vehicles offering pick and drop facilities to children for school and these vehicles should be monitored.
