KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court decided to place two accused of the Baldia Town Factory Fire Case who are at large on the Exit Control List.

The accused include Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Hammad Siddiqui and sector in charge Abdur Rehman Bhola.

Letters will be written to the Federal Investigation Agency, Interior Ministry and other departments, the court maintained.

The court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the accused earlier as well.

259 workers burnt to death in the 2012 Baldia Factory Fire.

The court decision comes amid allegations by the Sindh Governor Ishrat ul Ebad and Pak Sarzameen chairman Mustafa Kamal, each accusing the other for the factory fire.

Kamal in a fiery presser yesterday alleged that the governor was involved in the factory fire.

Governor Ebad one the other hand indirectly accused PSP leaders of orchestrating the factory fire. “We will take action against people involved in the Baldia Factory Fire,” he said, earlier this week.
